Redwing was established as property development company in 1988.
It is owned and run by David Moore MRICS.
The company was founded on industrial and warehouse developments although some retail and residential projects have been undertaken.
The company operates throughout the Uk and in all property sectors and is particularly interested in problem sites/projects where specialist funding is required.
The company has in the past worked as a Joint Venture partner with landowners, Local Authorities, Banks and smaller property companies. Schemes have been funded in many ways:
- forward funded with institutions
- direct bank funding
- bank funding with banks as JV partners on a shared equity basis
- internally financed
